Question:
Where can I find the License Ticket ID my license originated from?

Answer #1:
If the license is installed, the License Ticket ID can be found in the Station-IC Settings dialog by Launching Advanced License Management.

When the CodeMeter WebAdmin opens in your browser select the license in under Containers.

You will now see details of the license including “License Information” which is the License Ticket ID.

Answer #2:
If the license is NOT installed and you do NOT have your License Ticket ID, please contact Clear-Com with; sales order#, order date, or customer account#
