Station-IC: Where to find License Ticket ID of my license ?
This article refers to client hosted licensing of Station-IC, a licensing option where the license is contained on the same computer as Station-IC.
This article does not refer to the alternative Permanent Eclipse Hosted License option.
Question:
Where can I find the License Ticket ID my license originated from?
Answer #1:
If the license is installed, the License Ticket ID can be found by opening the Station-IC Settings dialog and Launching Advanced License Management.
When the CodeMeter WebAdmin opens in your browser select the license in under Containers.
You will now see details of the license including “License Information” which is the License Ticket ID.
Answer #2:
If the license is NOT installed and you do NOT have your License Ticket ID, please contact Clear-Com with; sales order#, order date, or customer account#
