Wireless: CEL-BP / FS-BP beltpack master volume suddenly jumps to -70dB

Question: On my FS-BP / CEL-BP the master volume sometimes will jump to -70dB (OFF) and I won't be able to hear any audio traffic. It happens in different areas of RF coverage so it is not localized to a certain area.
Answer: Clear-Com is aware of this issue and is working on a solution. Meanwhile there is a work around. Go into the FS-BP / CEL-BP menu, select "Headphone Options" and set "Headphone Off Level" to -6dB. This way if the master volume suddenly jumps, it will only drop down to the minimum setting of -6dB which will still allow the user to hear audio traffic.
