Wireless: How do I acquire a passcode to enable My CellCom base for 20 beltpacks?

Question:  I have a CellCom 2.0.3 system in rental inventory and have acquired more CEL-BPs from another rental location, I want to use them at a location that requires 16 beltpacks, but when I try to program beltpacks 11 to 16 on the configuration editor GUI the software screen indicates that I need to enter a passcode.  How do I acquire a passcode to enable this functionality and is there a fee or any cost involved in getting the passcode?
Answer:
Contact your local Clear-Com sales representative or RSM to order the CEL-UPGRADE-V2 upgrade kit.  This will allow the user to upgrade the existing CellCom system to support 20 beltpacks and provide Wireless Beltpack IFB capability.  To order the upgrade kit the following information from the base station is needed:
1.  Serial number from the Base Station
2.  System ID # from the Base Station front panel programming screen.  To access the System ID # the user will go the menu screen, go to the SYSTEM menu and access the INFO screen, the system ID# is highlighted here as shown below in yellow on the second line of the information screen.  The example shows the system ID# as 100EC571

NOTE:  The System ID # seen on your CellCom base station will be different and unique to your base station, it can be a combination of letters and numbers, if in doubt supply the complete system ID number to Clear-Com.
Only basestations running ver 2.0 or later provide support for upto 20 beltpacks
