Wireless: Can't Latch a Freespeak II beltpack party-line key

Question:  We can't latch a party-line key on one of our Freespeak II beltpacks that is connected to an Eclipse HX frame.
Where should we look to see if the key is latch disabled?
Answer:  There could be multiple places where the party-line key is latch disabled.  A key can be both locally and globally
latch disabled and there are multiple screens in EHX that the user can look to see if a key is latch disabled.
The first screen to look in is Local Advanced / Latch Disable tab:

Scroll to the Beltpack Roles on the Vertical Column (600 series ports) and find the particular beltpack role of interest.
Now scroll to the Horizontal Column to the talk key of interest (in this case a party -line key which is a light yellow
color.  Align the point were the two columns meet and see if a RED, BLACK or half RED/BLACK is present there.
From the legend on the local advanced screen the user can determine if a local or global latch key is in play.
If its only a red dot, right click to remove it and apply change to remove the local latch disabled key.
If the location shows a black dot, go to the Party-Line menu in EHX.

In the Party-Line menu highlight the party-line key of interest and go to the advanced settings for this PL, look for the
Latch Disable checkbox and determine if it is checked (latch disabled) or not checked (latch enabled).  Set as required
and apply change in EHX to frame to enable the change.

The user can also go to the panel programming screen in EHX and set / disable local latch functionality for the FSII beltpack
role as shown below:

Click on the key of interest on the FreespeakII beltpack and do a right click to uncover the settings for key.  Look for
Local Advanced Latch Disable and set the key for ON (latch disabled) or OFF (latching enabled).  Then apply the
change to EHX to enable the change and check the beltpack role for proper latch / non-latching operation.
