Wireless: T-Desk not showing belt packs but it shows the base station

Question: I have T-Desk up and running and it shows mybase station but isn't showing any of my belt packs.  Any ideas?
Answer: Check that the T-Desk, base station and beltpacks are all on the same software levelif using a V3.0 base station then please check that the beltpacks are all on V3.0 and that the T-desk version is also V3.0
