DX-410 - Too Many Buttons

Setup: Have two DX-410 bases that are daisy-chained using the AUX In and AUX Out ports.  There is also a Y cable on the Output to an amplified speaker so all audio can be heard on a loudspeaker.
Problem: They are getting confused when pressing buttons on the WH-410 headsets.
Solution: Change both base units to single channel mode and turn off the hands free mode function on Channels A & B, but in turn do hands free mode for the ISO.  This forced them to use only the ISO button during operation since they wanted to latch the channel prior to needing them and the ISO would be the only latch capable button on the headset.
