Wireless: Why Can't I see the TDesk software properly on my PC Screen?
Customer commented that on TDesk version 1.002 after the install and TDesk activated that no matter what resolution selected on the PC the entire TDesk software screen couldn't be accessed. Earlier versions of TDesk can display this issue on certain PCs.
Advised customer to upgrade TDesk to the current released version 1.213, this fixed the issue and now the entire TDesk screen is viewable on PC screen at 1024 x 768 resolution.
