Wireless: Can I use TW-47 interface with a Freespeak II system to activate a 2-way radio?

Question:  What I want to do is interface a two-way radio with the the FS-II base station. I would prefer to use a TW-47, however I can't use the call on talk function from the FS-II beltpacks.  What's my best option to do this?
Answer:  There are a couple of ways to do this with the TW-47 / Freespeak II base and FS II beltpacks.
Option #1.  The TW-47 is connected to  the FS II base via a Clear-Com power supply to PL A XLR connector on FS II base station.  Setup the FS II beltpack with a wireless party-line containing PL A, so WPL01 is setup on FS II BP key A with a talk/forced listen activation with latching.  The call button associated with button A should key the TW-47 to transmit mode on the 2-way radio.
Unfortunately this requires two buttons on the FS II beltpack to make work, no way to combine the call signal capability directly to the A or B button.
Option #2.  Populate a standard group on the FS II system (GRP01 – GRP05) with PL A  2W port, any required FS II beltpacks and the STGAN key which contains the relay on the FS II base station.  This will give us a relay activation using a single key on the FS II beltpack.  There is one difference in the wiring to the 2-way radio / TW-47, instead of using the relay in the TW-47 to activate 2-way PTT which is activated via a call button on the FS II BP we will use the relay on the FS II base station to activate the PTT function on the 2-way radio when a user presses the A button on the FS II beltpack.  The cable from the TW-47 to the radio will only need the speaker audio and mic audio lines, no relay activation, the relay activation will come from the FS II base over to the 2-way radio directly.
