Wireless: What is the WS200 speaker station? - DISCONTINUED

The WS200 was speaker station that took the place of a HME BP200 or BP210 beltpac.  It provided a full duplex communications the same way as a BP200 beltpac but instead of a headset the user used a built-in microphone and speaker, visual and audible call signaling, and a headset jack for added versatility to talk wirelessly to other beltpac users or the DX series base station.
The WS200 did not have to be hardwired to a master station, eliminating the costly and time-consuming task of running cables – users simply place the unit where it was needed, and go about their business.  The WS200 operated on six 1.5V AA batteries, 12-14 VDC, or 100-240 VAC. A
selectable intercom or isolated channel option, side-tone and mic gain headset adjustments, and external 8 ohm speaker connector round out the features.
The WS200 is compatible with the DX100, DX121, DX200 and DX210 base stations but DISCONTINUED.
