The DB-15 connector on Tempest base stations supports 6 relays. Pinout information is listed below:
The relays can be assinged to be triggered by key presses or battery alarm on a specific beltpack The user can reassign the following BeltStati on butt ons and features to control an individual relay uniquely assigned to that BeltStati on: » Talk A/B » Talk C/D » Ch A/B » Ch C/D » Stage » Enter » Low Batt 10%
All relay contacts can support 1 Amp at 30 VDC. The relay completes a circuit, only the Common and normally open pins are available.
The relays can alternatively be assigned as channel talk relays - so that any beltpack talking on a channel will activate a relay. see other solutions on Tempest Channel relay mode
