Wireless: What are the pinouts for the CellCom PD4007 beltpack registration cable?

The PD4007 cable is used to register CellCom beltpacks to CellCom base stations or to E-QUE enabled Eclipse frames.  The cable is used with the CellCom config editor software or ECS to tell the beltpack the proper system ID and carrier mask and register the unique serial number on the beltpack to the CellCom config editor or ECS.  The cable connects to the PC serial port via a DB-9F and to the beltpack via a 3.5M mini plug.
See below for cable pinouts.

Solution update: on the DB9 (PC side) link pins 1,4,6,8
