Wireless: Why are my CellCom beltpack headsets going into feedback?

Question:  My CellCom beltpacks are using CC-95 headsets.  We made some recent level adjustments to the packs and set the microphone type to dynamic balanced and we are now experiencing a ringing noise in our headsets and can't correct the issue.  Can you please help us reset the packs so that the audio level is useable without the feedback issue?
Answer:  Check in the beltpack microphone options menu that the microphone type is set to "Dynamic Unbalanced".  This is the setting that most Clear-Com and other manufacturer's dynamic headsets should be set to provide proper headset operation. Since these headsets use a 4-pin XLR connector, two pins are dedicated to the microphone thus requiring an unbalanced mic input to the CellCom beltpack.  The other two pins are used by the headset earpiece.
