Wireless: Which frequency bank for PTX-3 & PRC-2 is best suitable for ENG application?

Question:  Which frequency bank for PTX-3 & PRC-2  is best  suitable for ENG application? For the ENG Van we will beusing wireless microphones so I am asking for your suggestion so I could adjust on thewireless mics.
Answer:  There’sno fixed answer to which frequency band is best suitable.  We do not havecontrol over where users would be using the system.  Thus, when supplying a UHF system these are thetypical questions that our dealers normally ask the customer so that the correctRF band is ordered. It’s theresponsibility of the purchaser to ensure the correct RF band is selected fortheir region  In order to select the correct RF band forUHF wireless intercom and or UHF wireless IFB products the followinginformation is normally needed to help the purchaser select the correct RFband:
1) List the city or cities where system will be used
2) List any UHF television stations operating in your area, including low powerespecially those between 470 and 722 MHz or U.S. television channels 14-55. Ifthere is an in-house cable transmission system on channels 14-55, also notethat. Specify any channels that are DTV.
3) List the frequencies of any two-way radios and walkie-talkies used at thelocation, particularly in the 470-722 MHz band.
4) List any other UHF wireless mics or intercom in the 400-800 MHz range. Brandinformation is helpful so please include it if possible. If other wireless isfrequency agile, list the overall frequency range in which they operate.
5) Please state if there is any other existing Clear-Com, Vega, or other brandUHF wireless intercom or IFB equipment. If this is for expansion of an existingsystem please provide the following: Transmit Split; Receive Split.
NOTE:  For a fixed installation, it is strongly recommended that an RFspectrum analysis be performed by a qualified person.
