Wireless: Can I upgrade FreespeakII base2 with the current FSII base firmware?

Question:  I'm running into issues while attempting to update the firmware on several "FREESPEAK II BASE II's" that
are running over an LAN. I've got the configuration utility running with the default map, but when I try to connect to the
stations I'm receiving a prompt that the connection has timed out.  If you have any advice as far as connecting and
updating firmware it would be much appreciated.
Answer:  Verify that the FSII base stations that you are trying to upgrade are the version 2 bases, v2 bases have the
four individual LCD screens on the front panel as shown below:

The firmware version for this recently released base station is v1.0.12.1-6615, we haven’t released any firmware updates
for this product since its release.  The .gz firmware file is required and can be installed via USB stick on the base front panel
or installed via the CCM web browser.
If you can connect to the base station and look at the web browser GUI the firmware version can be read from the Home / General screen.

If you are trying to install the firmware files for the older Freespeak II base with the single programming display on the front panel
that firmware is incompatible with the newer base2 version.
