Wireless: How do I connect a Cell-Com / FreeSpeak basestation to a IF4W4 interface

How to wire from the 4wire connectors on a Cell-Com basestation to a IF4W4 interface
The IF4W4 interface is a 4 channel 2/4 wire adapter2wire connections :Connected the Clear-Com powered PL system into the IF4W4 channels A and B using standard XLR-3 mic cable. At this stage,it’s a good idea to null the IF4W4. Make sure that no mics are on in the PL system, then plug a headset into the IF4W4 and hold the Null Test button forChannel A which will create a tone on your headset. You then want to turn theR,L & C pots to get the tone as low as possible (make a second sweep by adjusting the R,L,C pots for channel A until the tone is as low as possible). Repeat for Channel B, C or D
4wire connections :On the 4-wire side, the IF4W4 uses bare contacts, and the Cell-Com / Freespeak base uses RJ45. Using a standard straight through CAT5 cableand cut it in half. Plug the RJ ends into your preferred 4-wire ports on the Cell-Com basestation, and strip the (blue + blue/white) and (green+green/white) pairs of the other end toscrew into the IF4W4. Exact pin outs are below.
