Wireless: FSII basestation (Classic Base, not Base II) will not keeping Over-the-Air (OTA) Beltpack registration

The FSII system allows the user to register BPs quickly Over The Air (OTA) using the OTA process by accessing the OTA menu from the FSII basestation front panel.
Its important to note that OTA registrations are not stored as part of the basestation config automatically and therefore if the basestation is powered off, any BP that was registered by the OTA method will not re-connect when the basestation is next powered on
If you want to save a BP registration  into the basestation config after a OTA registration
  • Open the FSII Software Configuration Editor application on your PC
  • Retrieve the map from the base into the PC,
  • Save the config and do a "Save & Apply" with a full reset of the base (tick the RESET ON APPLY" box in the middle of the page, towards the bottom third of the page).  This makes sure the base will remember the full configuration map with all the registered BPs for future use.
