Wireless: Does the PTX-3 rack mount option provide a single power supply to power all four Transmitter modules?

Question:  I'm installing 4 PTX-3 transmitters into a PRK-2 rack, does Clear-Com provide a single power supply to power up all the rack mounted transmitter modules in order to simplify the wiring to the rack tray?
Answer:  The frame allows for the installation of up to four PTX-3 transmitters, but each PTX-3 still needs to be powered by its individual wall wart power supply. Unfortunately we don’t carry a single power supply unit that would power up to four rack mounted transmitters, this would require a power supply that could supply at least 1 amp or more to support the PTX-3 transmitters. Each PTX-3 Tx requires 12/14 Vdc @ 200 ma.
Customers running multiple PTX-3s simply use the existing PSU wall wart and tie them together at a plug strip and using the individual PSUs for each PTX-3 insures that if one of the power supplies fail the other PTX-3s will not be affected as opposed to a single PSU which if failed would take the entire rack down.
