Wireless: What information is needed to generate a CellCom 2.0 passcode?

In order to generate a passcode for a CellCom 2.0 upgrade the following information needs to be collected in order for the Clear-Com production department to generate the passcode:
  • Sales Order number for the original CellCom sale
  • Customer PO number for the CellCom upgrade
  • Name of Customer
  • Base Station Serial Number
  • System ID number (taken from the front panel display or from the config editor
The part number for the CellCom upgrade is:  CEL-UPGRADE-V2 The generated passcode is unique to the basestation System ID #, So if the system ID is changed in the CellCom config editor or a different config is downloaded to the basestation a new system ID # will have to be generated.
