Wireless: Can I perform a CellCom/Freespeak site survey with just a CEL-TA transceiver and CEL-BP?

Question:  Can you confirm that with a Median frame, 1 x 16-port card, 1 x E-Que card, 4 Freespeak beltpacks could access all 16 ports? (Obviously, within the limits of their 3 pages, 2 addresses). Client is looking at purchasing 4 Freespeak beltpacks and the E-Que card, he needs to be able to have all the beltpacks be able to select all 16 ports, albeit with beltpack re-programming being necessary. How many antennas would he require?  Can I verify potential antenna locations with just a active transceiver and one beltpack?
Answer:  Yes, there is a software application called "Site Surveyor" that allows the user to setup a site survey system using just one CellCom / Freespeak antenna &  one beltpack, for site survey purposes The application software puts one beltpack and antenna transceiver into site survey mode, this connects the antenna transceiver to beltpack so that the user can see the RSSI signal strength indicator number and data error counter, the user places the transceiver (antenna) in a potential antenna location and user "walks" the beltpack around the antenna location to see how far the beltpack coverage area extends out to.  The user repeats the process with the required number of antenna zones until the coverage area is determined.
NOTE:  the user will need to "re-register" the beltpack with a CellCom / Freespeak system as the site surveyor software reconfigures the SYSTEM ID # and the transceiver will need to be reconnected to a valid E1 port on a CellCom / Freespeak system in order to reinitialize the transceiver antenna.
The complete site survey guide is attached below.  The site survey software is available on the CellCom / Freespeak installation CD.
