Wireless: Can I program Tempest beltpacks settings from the base station?
Tempest beltpacks can be configured in three ways:
1. Beltpacks can be configured by the Beltpack local menus
2. Beltpacks can be configured wirelessly by the Base Station menu
3. Using the PC interface called T-Desk. While many functions are available through all three methods, certain features are only available locally through the Beltpack.
When programming the beltpack in any of these modes the beltpack must be powered "ON" with a battery with several hours of battery charge remaining. If using the base station wireless mode use the 1 through 5 buttons below the LCD display to initiate the beltpack menus for a specific beltpack.
