Matrix: Can I upgrade the E-MADI application, DSP and FPGA via the EHX firmware updater?

Using EHX firmware updater utility it is possible to perform the following E-MADI firmware updates provided an ethernet connection is established between the frame and the PC used for the upgrade and the correct E-MADI application file, E-MADI DSP file and E-MADI FPGA file combined together in the proper .fwc file is selected:
1. Start EHX on the PC.
2. Connect the PC to the matrix using either Ethernet or a serial communications port.
3. Open the EHX configuration map within EHX.
4. Select System > Layout.
5. Right click the matrix and then select Firmware> Update Firmware.
The Update Firmware wizard dialog is displayed. Click Next. In the Select Hardware Type screen, ensure that the Card radio button is selected.
6. Select the correct E-MADI .fwc file for the upgrade
7. Click next and verify that the upgrade details are correct
8. Click next to start the firmware update to the E-MADI card
9. When the download is completed click finish to close the firmware update utility, wait for the E-MADI card to reset
Note:  The upgrade times for the various components:
APP - 1 minute
DSP - 3 minutes
FPGA - 18 minutes
10.  Confirm E-MADI card reset
11.  Verify that the update was successful by viewing the Matrix Event log or Firmware Report

Note:  The FPGA can be upgraded separately using a Xilinx programmer running Impact version 11 or higher.
