Wireless: Does the Tempest CCT-RT-EX line extender receive power from the Tempest base station?

Question:  I would like to use the CCT-RT-EX line extender to remote out a Tempest CCT-RT transceiver antenna out 3000 fteet from the base station.  Does the line extender receive power from the base station via the CAT-5 connection or does the extender require it's own local power supply?
Answer:  The CCT-RT-EX line extender requires it's own LOCAL 24Vdc power source, the extender comes with it's own power supply brick that requires a 115 / 240 VAC source.  There is no option to power the remote extender from the base station directly.  The line extender also supplies power to the CCT-RT transceiver antenna, so the operational distance from the last line extender to CCT-RT is limited to 2000 feet.
