Wireless: Can't program CellCom beltpacks 11 - 20 using CellCom config editor GUI
Question: I have a CellCom 20 system running 2.0.3 firmware, the base station is enabled for 20 beltpacks, I can see the enable beltpacks via the front panel and a passcode is entered on the base station. When I enable the config editor software GUI I can only program the first 10 beltpack slots, slots 11 to 20 are not accessible. Do I need to enable the software with a passcode to see all 20 beltpacks.
Answer: Yes, the passcode needs to also be enabled in the software GUI. Go to the SYSTEM 1 Tab in the config editor and click on the "ENTER SYSTEM PASSWORD" button to enter the password in the software GUI. After entering the passcode send a download to the base station to complete the process.
