Corruption in NV RAM, This system status message is seen when the CPU NVRAM has been cleared
This system status message is seen after a a) matrix hardware "black" reset (press and hold full reset button, pres and release reset button using paper clip). b) matrix download "black" reset (apply label change > options > select Clear Frame data check box) c) if the CPU battery backup voltage is low and below 3V
A Black reset or low battery backup will result in loss of any online changes and any local key panel assignments
The customers configuration (map data) is stored in flash and not in NVRAM
