If AES67 is a requirement for all ports, you could simply use the AV UI and change the default VLAN1 management profile from “Data” to “Audio AES67”.

Alternatively, create a new VLAN for AES67, and export/import the working config to each switch….

We can also confirm the JGS516PE and GS752TPP are not recommended or supported for medium to large AES67 / ST2110-30 installs
