When we have fiber interconnected systems (frames), can we have a Party-Line created in system A, used by system B with resources from system B, as if the party-line was created locally in system B? I.e. If the resource is manipulated by Dynam-EC. Is there a difference between creating the local or remote Party-Line?

Answer: When two linked sets are merged together into one project, regardless of the number of fiber rings, they become one system i.e. all matrices share the same 399 PLs etc. One thing to note however is that there are 1304 fiber timeslots on a fiber ring. If there are multiple fiber rings in a linked set then each fiber ring has its own 1304 timeslots i.e. it is 1304 timeslots per fiber ring. There is however a system wide limit of 2048 trunks. This is across trunk types.
