What is the difference between the “S” standard type and the Neutrik standard 6pin XLR connectors used in some Clear-Com 2 channel belt packs and IFB devices

Clear-Com devices use the “S” type
Neutrik does make an “S” type 6pin XLR, but you must specify it when ordering.
