Answer:
The Production Maestro PC polls the matrix every 60 seconds with a license re-acquire message If the matrix does not receive a re-acquire message after 130 secs then it drops the current license connection and a new PC-client can connected connect using DynamEC (Production Maestro.)
Therefore when switching between Production Maestro PC#1 to PC#2 you should allow 2mins 2+mins before attempting to connect PC#2
