Instructions
You'll need to find you Eclipse matrix Hardware (dongle) ID number. This is a unique ID number for your Matrix Hardware.
- To find your dongle ID, open EHX and be connected to your matrix Frame so it shows up as orange or green in the LAYOUT page. DIAGNOSTICS/EVENT LOG/SYSTEM OVERVIEW, usually on line 8)
- When buying your passcode, you'll be asked for this Hardware ID number. This may take up to three days to get from the factory, so plan accordingly.
- When you get the new, unique to your matrix frame passcode, enter the feature passcode (found in CONFIGURATION/PREFERENCES/SYSTEM ACCESS CODES (at the bottom of the page).
- Once the code is entered, APPLY the change, and it would be best to apply with a reset of the frame with a BLACK or a RED reset.
You can do that by selecting the APPLY CHANGES button
and click on the OPTIONS button in the lower right-hand side of the APPLY window.
