This is a particular issue regarding the use of Huawei Mate30 PRO phones to connect to third-party bluetooth devices, we have found that certain bluetooth headsets when connected to the Huawei Mate30 PRO such as BOSS,B&O that appear to make ‘chipmunk’ sounds when using AIC.Agent IC mobile client. The problem is due to the audio driver in the phone / bluetooth headset and not the Agent IC app
