Flasher Logic for EHX
The attached logic will toggle a matrix relay on and off about once a second. This is useful for flashing an On-Air or similar warning light.
Set the control input to on to start flashing, off to stop. The control output can be any relay.
A coarse time adjustment can be made by adding or subtracting flip flops, and a fine adjustment
can be made by adding or subtracting the nor gates.
