How to fix line spacing issues in Confluence

Do you occasionally come across a solution / FAQ that is badly formatted , like the one below ?

This is normally due to an import problem between salesforce and Confluence. However the good news is that EVERYONE has editing rights on Confluence and you can easily fix these issues as well correct any other issue you might come across.

Converting pages in order to fix line spacing issues:

This is just my way of doing it – but I am sure there is slicker way to do it too.

Instructions

1) Click on the edit icon (top right)

2) Click on the publish button (bottom right ) without!! making any changes

3) Click on the edit button again

4) Click on the preview page option (bottom left )

sometimes you will see the preview/convert option after step#1  and an go to it directly, on some pages however it gets stuck converting and you need to do the full 4 steps of Edit>Publish>Edit>Convert route

5) Make your changes and publish
