Clear DDM credentials from Dante Controller

Q: If the devices were enrolled in domains but the DDM server is not available anymore, Dante Controller cannot show these devices and cannot change the settings such as CLEAR CONFIG.

A: You can delete the DDM credentials from the Dante modules, Isolate the corresponding device from any network other than your computer, then execute Dante View->Device menu->Clear Domain Credentials on Dante Controller.
