Matrix: Can the LMC-64 port monitor input and output ports

The LMC-64 card allows DynamEC users to assign upto 64 virtual PPM meters to monitor

  • the audio inside a conference (matrix partylines) ,

  • the input audio of a port (the audio coming into the matrix)

  • the output audio of a port (the audio leaving the matrix)

The ppm meters show if audio is present and the relative db level

 

 

 

System limitations apply depending on which frame the LMC-64 card if fitted into

Partylines

Metering works regardless of which frame the partyline is declared in

Local ports

Input to Matrix and Output to port

(the LMC-64 card will monitor local input / output that it is fitted into )

Remote ports

Input to Matrix only

(the LMC card will only monitor inputs ports for remote matrices)
