Matrix: Online and Offline Label Display Feature on V-Iris and Iris-X
Questions:
Why are some display labels on my Iris / Irisx panel dimmer than others?
Answer:
Starting with EHX V13.0 and later versions, labels of panels , belt packs, and role functions on Iris and Iris X panels, will appear dim (with reduced luminescence) when they are offline (not connected to the system or not power up) and will brighten once they are online (connected)
Example: C Panel 1 is “ON-LINE” and C Panel 2, 3 and 4 are “OFF-LINE”.
Video Example: Connecting C Panel 3 and 4 into the system.
