EQUE/IVC-32 Upgrade With TFTP Server

Occasionally EQUE/IVC-32 upgrades will fail using the central EHX upgrade function, and will also fail using the existing TFTP server and macro. This has been seen more frequently after the latest (2023) Windows updates.
There is some issue with the existing macro. If, while running this macro, you start seeing errors, use this new macro. The errors should disappear, and the upgrade will complete.
