Eclipse Error "Matrix Passcode Incorrect"

If you see the error “Matrix Passcode Incorrect” pop up in EHX or on the LED display of the CPU card, it means that the passcode entered in your EHX Map does not match what the frame is expecting. A Dingle ID (or Hardware ID) is coded to the physical matrix and the passcode reference must match it.

This normally happens when you take a map from an Eclipse frame and push it to a different Eclipse frame.

To fix this, either remove the passcode or enter the correct passcode that was purchased for the frame. The passcode is located under Preferences > System Access Codes
