How to Re-Start IVC Card Trunk / Direct Connections After Network Outage

When you have Eclipse HX matrix with IVC/ E-IPA connected systems (IP trunk / Directs) one side is set as VoIP Caller in order to call and establish the IP link with the remote matrix. If there is a network outage (Ethernet switches powered off, cables pulled out, configuration changes) then the VoIP caller side will retry the connection for up to three times with varying delay between each retry.
If the call is refused three times or the connection is lost, you can select Restart IVC (IP trunk / IP Directs) Blocked Connections from the IP devices screen.
(Requires EHX v11 or later)
