Matrix: How do I program panel keys from one V-Panel to another V-Panel directly without using ECS?

V-Series panels can program talk/listen keys from one panel to another panel without using ECS software.  The programming V-Panel will need to have Soft Mode / System Configuration Menu access set to "TRUE" in ECS software in order to program keys locally to another V-Panel.  Sort Groups will also need to be activated and populated with system labels (panels, interfaces, party-lines, fixed groups, special keys, controls).
To program keys to another V-Panel:
1.)  Press the MENU button on the programming V-Panel
2.)  Press the SYS CONFIG button
3.)  Press the REMOTE PNL button
4.)  Press the PANEL SYS#  button (this applies to linked configurations, on single systems PANEL SYS1 would be displayed)
5.)  Scroll to selected V-Panel name via the up/down arrow keys and then Press OK
6.)  Press RMT KEYS button
7.)  Find key label name and press to select it
8.)  Select a blank key position and press it's button.  The solid bar will go to that location.  Then press GET LABEL
9.)  Select label type and scroll through list of sort group labels until the desired label name appears and press OK, label name will appear in selected location
10.)  Press OK
11.)  Selected label should now appear on remote panel.  If the label activation needs to change go to the ATTRIBUTES menu and select from the available options

Note: The same application can also be achieved by selecting the Programming V-Panel to be a supervisor panel.
