Matrix: Need MVX-A16 RJ45 port pinouts and RTS RVon input output DB9 connector

Question:

I have an Eclipse Omega Matrix frame that we are linking to an RTS RVon IP interface that connects to a RTS Matrix frame at another facility to provide 8 dumb audio trunks. 

Can you supply the pinouts for the MVX-A16 port RJ45 connector and the RTS RVon IP interface DB9 pinouts?
