MATRIX: Can I configure a matrix Partyline (conference) to appear on my Reply key?
Question: I have a number of matrix partylines (conferences) and when a person talks onto the partyline it is hard to know which one is active. I have the partyline in-use tally already set. Is it possible to have the PL (conference) label appear on the reply key?
Solution:
In EHX go to the Partylines button and select the partyline (conference) you want to have show in the reply button.
Within the Global Options on the right, un-tick “prevent reply key signalization” on partyline setup.
Make sure you are listening to the partyline (listen key on).
When a user talks into the partyline, the partyline label will appear in the reply key of your intercom panel.
