Partyline: Footswitch usage

2 Channel Stations:
CS-702 Does not have a footswitch feature
MS-702 Does not have the footswitch feature
RM-702 Has a footswitch feature that can activate the Intercom
channel's talk.
This feature can be accessed via the rear panel accessory
connector (DB-15)
and can be used to activate channel A talk and/or channel B talk.
Accessory connector pin-out (for the footswitch)
Pin 1 = Ground
Pin 2 = Footswitch Channel A
Pin 9 = Footswitch Channel B
4 Channel Stations:
MS-704/RM-704/SB-704 All have a footswitch feature that can activate the front panel
Mic on/off.
This feature can be accessed via the rear panel accessory
connector (DB-15)
Accessory connector pin-out (for the footswitch)
Pin 5 = Ground
Pin 13 = Remote Mic switch on/off
MS-812:
MS-812 Has a footswitch feature that can activate any combination of front panel buttons
This feature is accessed via the programming internal to the MS-812.
The footswitch can be accessed via the rear panel “Relays/Footswitch”
connector (DB-9).

Pin 1 = Ground
Pin 6 = Footswitch/Hot
