Matrix: How to obtain EHX logs from the client server
To obtain EHX logs from the client server there are 3 stepsto follow. 1) Perform save diagnostics from any client asnormal. This will save the currentconfigs and project file etc. You do not need to log other users off. 2) From the SERVER machine you need to copy theEHXDataStore.sdf file. This is usuallylocated at C:\Program Files\ClearCom\EHX Configuration Server ***\EclipseWCFWS 3) Copy any archived logs from the server machine,usually located at: C:\Users\EHXServer\Clearcom\EHX Configuration System\Logs Zip the files from 2 and 3 and send them withthe save diagnostics output
