Matrix: Does the ICS-22 require specific firmware versions for use with Matrix +3 or Eclipse?

Question:  Can I take an ICS-22 panel currently used on a Matrix +3 system and upgrade the firmware / replace the EPROM in order to use it on a Eclipse 5.2 system?
Answer:  The ICS-21, ICS-22 and ICS-24 series panels do not require a firmware upgrade or a different EPROM to work with an Eclipse 5.2 system.  The panels will work with either frame type straight out of the box.
This series of panels rely completely on the port card of a frame (M+3 or Eclipse) to make their connection and are programmed with a specific panel mimic using Matrix +3, with Eclipse the user must select the ICS-1008 panel mimic to program keys on the ICS-2x series as no specific ICS-21, 22 or 24 panel mimics exist in ECS.
