Matrix: V Series panel listen again function not working on one particular matrix port
Each systempanel port has an adjustable setting which determines how long "LISTEN AGAIN" recordings arestored for.... if this is set to zero then panels will not store messages.
Thissetting can be adjusted in both ECS and locally at the panel ... the settingmade at the panel takes priority.
So we needto make sure that the panel settings havea non-zero value.
Thesequence at the panel is :-Press MENUPress LOCAL PREFPress TIMEOUTSThe lower display will show “MSG A DEL #” (Where ## is in the range of 0-99 )
The smallarrow keys beneath the display will allow the setting to be changed.
A value of0 .... inhibits recordingsA value of1 .... deletes recording after 1 Minute etc
(Notealthough the setting is made at the panel it is stored in the Matrix ... So apanel which is working fine on one port can stop working on a different port)
