Matrix: How do I connect a Partyline system via IP using a V-series IP Panel

Ihave a V12RDDX4 that I take on the road to connect back to master control viathe internet. At the locations I go to I want to connect to the localEncore party line system. What hardware do I need to connect the systems together.
Solution: Using a V-series IP panel connected back to an Eclipse Matrix with IVC-32 card fitted The requirements when using a V Panel connected via IP with an Eclipse with a IVC-32 card:
The Eclipse system must be HX running EHX version 8 or later.
You will need a 4 wire hybrid at the remote site like our EF-701M as well as a 2 wire PL power supply.
A custom, easy to build RJ45 cable will need to be used.

Alternative solution: Another option would be to use our LQ boxes which would allow you connect 2 wire PL over IP without an IVC-32 card. Any Eclipse would suitable in this case (inc Pico matrices). There are several advantages connecting your 2 wire PL this way. You will not require any additional equipment besides an LQ box at the remote site if your 2 wire PL system is not large. The codec in the LQ product is more flexible than the codec of the IVC-32.
The connection method would be Matrix > LQ4wire box  <IP> LQ2Wire  > PL system
