Partyline: Can I use a CC-15 or CC-30 headset on a MS-704 main station?
The 4-pin XLR headset connector on the MS-702 / MS-704/RM-70x /KB-70x stations only support dynamic microphone headsets,
this includes the CC-300, CC-400, CC-40, CC-60 and CC-26 type headsets.
CC-15 and CC-30 headsets only support connections to electret powered 4-pin XLR connections. If you plug a CC-30
headset into Encore pantyline station the headset earphones will work, but the microphone will not work.
RS-60x/70x Belt packs have electret Microphone selection.

Helixnet ,Freespeak ,EHX matrix and Arcadia endpoints (panels and beltpacks) all support microphone auto detect function or electret/ dynamic mic selection in the menu.
