Matrix: Eclipse FOR-22 interface card audio setup / connection information quick card

Front Panel Controls and Indicators
Send Level Control—allows adjustment of output level from matrix to external device (10 db adjustment range)
Recv Level Control—allows adjustment of signals sent from ext. device to the Matrix  (10 db adjustment range)
                              (initially set controls to mid-position)
Send Level LED—2 color LED lights green when audio is detected, LED lights red on over modulation
Relay Active LED—yellow LED lights when the relay is activated
Audio Output Level Jumpers (JP100 and JP200 on pcb)
Allows the user to set operating level of transformer isolated output. User can select following settings:
Line level (0 dBv at 600 ohms)
IFB  level (-15 dBv at 200 ohms)
Mic  level (-55 dBv at 20 ohms)  --> Use for initial setting on 2-way / SINCGARs Military Radios
See jumper JP200 for channel 2 and JP100 for channel 1.











DB-9M connector
Audio Output—audio output from Eclipse Frame
Audio Input—audio input to Eclipse Frame
Logic input—will generate a call signal to the Matrix from an external device
Relay Contacts—normally open and closed contacts that can be controlled via ECS











ECS Software Settings / Ports and Cards / Advanced Settings

Input / Output Eclipse Frame port Adjustment range is -45 db to +15 db
Use 2-Way Radio setting for 2-Way Radio / Sincgars Military Radios
