Matrix: TEL-14 Interface disconnect by remote hangup feature Eclipse 5.2

Question:  How does the TEL-14 interface "Disconnect by Remote Hangup Only" feature work?  Can it be applied to both incoming and outgoing telephone calls?
Answer:  The Disconnect by Remote Hangup Only feature only works on outbound calls, it has no effect on incoming calls.
Outbound calls from Eclipse 5.2 frame panels can be dropped by the panel simply by unlatching TEL-14 talk keys at panel if the Disconnect by Remote Hangup Only feature is set to False (not enabled).  If multiple panels are monitoring / talking on the telephone call the last panel to unlatch their talk key to the TEL-14 will drop the call.
If this feature is set to True (Enabled with a check mark) the call destination has to drop call to free up the TEL-14 for another caller to use the telephone line. Otherwise a panel with Remote Telephone Line Release option enabled from Local Preferences can drop the call via special key shortcut functionality.
